The problem: Did you know that Gartner estimates that organization's are spending more than $500/user to protect their information? Nevertheless ,sensitive data files are being stolen from Enterprises worldwide.
Existing solutions: Data Loss Prevention (DLP) residing on Enterprise Network Gateways fail to provide a perfect solution to the problem : sometimes they fail to prevent from sensitive files to be sent outside Enterprise and sometimes they prevent from legitimate files to be sent outside Enterprise.
Our Solution: Our Multi-Enterprise Rights Management or M-ERM is Software-as-a-Service independent of Enterprise Directories and Enterprise perimeters that allows to digitally sign any file type and provide secure access to any file type, resulting in "file wrapped in a secure envelope." M-ERM and Enterprise Gateway DLP can be operated together in synergy , namely: DLP serving as Enterprise policies enforcer for M-ERM and M-ERM serving as as data protection control for DLP. If DLP fails to analyse content and business context and should normally block the file - it may call for M-ERM to continue the business flow without interruptions.
