Subscription checklist :
Each customer is entitled for
30-day free trial .
To proceed :
go to: Contact us page
  • and fill in your company name ,
  • company  website  and  
  • e-mails and usernames of the persons
    participating in the trial .
We will provide you with access to trial software.
After you get familiar with our products you can
subscribe  to the services  of your choice .
To use PC client-based functionalities:
you need to ensure that user's PC is  equipped with
Win 2000, XP , Vista or Win 7, IE 6.0 , 7.0 or 8.0
and headset  microphones,

To use phone client-less functionalities:
you will need Interactive Voice Response- IVR  and
Caller ID enabled on your phones.

To use TAP:
you  need to configure   your Web Proxy Server .

To use VoiceReset -
you need to install ActiveReset interface in your domain.

To initiate subscription -
you will need to send us a list of persons to use the
system including their e-mails and usernames (ID #)
and other (optional) information.
